Representative Vezey objected. **The presence of Representative Nicholia was noted. The question being: "Shall Amendment No. 1 be adopted?" Representative Phillips moved and asked unanimous consent that HJR 62 be considered engrossed, advanced to third reading and placed on final passage. Representative Davies objected and withdrew the objection. There being no further objection, it was so ordered. HJR 62 was read the third time. The question being: "Shall HJR 62 pass the House?"
